ABOUT

I can never really pinpoint where my obsession with fashion began…I believe Fellini’s 8 ½ Weeks is just as breathtaking as Lil Kim’s Wiz inspired “Crush on You” video. I loved learning about Dali and the Surrealist movement, just as much as I lived for the street art graffiti pages in the Source magazine when I was younger.

 I pour over international fashion editorials with the same intensity as I read my fashion history books. My influences are wide and random and I believe that gives me the ammunition to constantly create, produce and execute.

 I have the degrees (BA in journalism from Central State University and Associates in fashion merchandising from Virginia Marti College and Design) but even more so I have the passion and ambition to make a name for myself in this industry. 

 I live, eat and breathe fashion and style and I’m focused on building an empire of my own so I can either spend the rest of my life experiencing the earth as a fashion nomad or be known as the old lady who lived with 1,000 purple shoes.

This blog is a personal documentation for myself and somewhat of a portfolio so others can follow me and my work.  I'm always open to suggestions, improvements and constructive criticism...
